In this study, the aim is to evaluate the managemet efficiency of thecompanies which is responsible for the management and the operation of theregion within the scope of Technology Development Zones Law numbered 4691. Inthis direction, managemet efficiency of 39 managing companies were evaluated by means of 2014 datas with dataenvelopment analysis.. For measuring the efficiency,  3 inputs and 4 outputs were.  According to the results of the study, 13technoparks were found technical efficient, 23 technoparks were found pure technical efficient and 12 technoparkswere found scale efficient.Bu çalışmada 4691 sayılı Teknoloji GeliştirmeBölgeleri (TGB) Kanunu kapsamında bölgenin yönetimi ve işletmesinden sorumluşirketin yönetim etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda2014 yılı verileri ile 39 teknopark yönetici şirketinin yönetim etkinliği temelVeri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Etkinlik ölçümünde üçgirdi (Kapasite geliştirme faaliyet sayısı, Toplam işbirliği sayısı, Anahtarpersonel sayısı) ve dört çıktı (Akademik spin-off sayısı, Firma sayısı, Yabancıfirma sayısı, Toplam istihdam) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda CCRmodeline göre 10 teknopark teknik etkin, 23 teknopark saf teknik etkin ve 12teknopark ölçek etkin bulunmuştur.
