Bu çalışmanın amacı, Büro Yönetimi ve Sekreterlik Alanı modüllerine ait uygulama etkinliklerini öğretim amaçlarına uygunlukları bakımından değerlendirmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, “öğretim modüllerinde öngörülen uygulama etkinlikleri öngörülen öğretim amaçlarına uygun mudur?” problemi ve bu problem bağlamında şu alt problemler geliştirilmiştir:1. “Büro Yönetimi Modelleri” modülünde öngörülen uygulama etkinlikleri modülde öngörülen öğretim amaçlarına uygun mudur? 2. “İş Planı” modülünde öngörülen uygulama etkinlikleri modülde öngörülen öğretim amaçlarına uygun mudur? 3. “Randevu ve Konuk Kabulü” modülünde öngörülen uygulama etkinlikleri modülde öngörülen öğretim amaçlarına uygun mudur?4. “Sekreterlik Hizmetleri” modülünde öngörülen uygulama etkinlikleri modülde öngörülen öğretim amaçlarına uygun mudur?Çalışmada, alana ait ders miktarının fazla olması nedeniyle “Büro Hizmetleri Dersi” örnek olarak incelenmiştir.Çalışmanın verileri nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle toplanmış ve verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, modüllerde öngörülen uygulama etkinliklerden bazılarının öğretim amaçlarına uygun oldukları, bazılarının ise uygun olmadıkları ve ayrıca incelenen derse ait modüllerden birinde ise uygulama etkinliklerine yer verilmediği gözlenmiştir.This study aims to assess the implementation activities of Office Management and Secreterial Area Modules in terms of their suitability for instructional objectives. In line with this objective, the problem “ Are the implementation activities projected in training modules suitable for projected instructional objectives?” and the following subproblems have been developed within the context of this problem.1. Are the implementation activities projected in the module of “Office Management Models” suitable for the instructional objectives projected within the module?2. Are the implementation activities projected in the “ Plan of Action” module suitable for the instructional objectives projected within the module?3. Are the implementation activities projected in the “Acceptance of Appointment and Guest" module suitable for the instructional objectives projected within the module?4. Are the implementation activities projected in the"Secretarial Services” module suitable for the instructional objectives projected within the module?In this study, "Office Services Course" has been examined as a case study due to the large amount of courses in the field.The data have been collected through document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, and descriptive analysis techniques have been utilised in the analysis of the data.According to the findings, it has been observed that some of the implementation activities projected in the modules are suitable for the training objectives, but some of them aren’t. In addition, it has been observed that one of the modules of the course examined doesnt contain the implementation activities.
