Global crisis has started to be influenced from second half of the2008 in Turkey and manufacturing enterprises have been affected this crisis.The aim of this study is; to determine the financial structures and financialproblems encountered by companies in the manufacturing industry in theprovince of Uşak at the global crisis environment. In this context, thefinancial performance indicators of the enterprises during the global crisisand the main problems that companies encountered have been evaluated andcauses of the most prominent problems during the global crisis, financingproblem have been examined. Furthermore, financing decisions ofmanufacturing enterprises are investigated. Through the findings, thepractices of the enterprises and measures to be taken are emphasized
Küresel kriz 2008 yılının özellikle ikinci yarısından itibarenülkemizde etkilerini göstermeye başlamış ve imalat sanayi işletmelerinibüyük ölçüde etkilemiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; küresel kriz ekseninde Uşakili imalat sanayisinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin finansal yapılarını vekarşılaştıkları finansal sorunlarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda küreselkriz sürecinde işletmelerin finansal performans göstergeleri ve işletmelerinküresel kriz sürecinde en önde gelen sorunlarından olan finansman sorunu venedenleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca küresel kriz sürecinde Uşak ilinde imalatsektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin finansman kararlarına yönelikaraştırma bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular üzerindenişletmelerin yaptıkları uygulamalar ve alınabilecek önlemler üzerindedurulmuştur
