1973 yılından günümüze uzanan süreçte özel yetkili ceza mahkemeleri, Türkiye’de hukuki gündemin önemli bir parçası olmuştur. En son 2.7.2012 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren 6352 sayılı Kanun ile bu mahkemeler başka bir görünüme bürünmüştür. DGM’lerin devamı niteliğinde olan 5271 sayılı CMK m. 250 ile yetkili ağır ceza mahkemeleri, anılan yasal değişiklik ile kaldırılmıştır. Aynı değişiklikle birlikte, 3713 sayılı TMK m. 10 ile yetkili ağır ceza mahkemelerinin kurulması kararlaştırılmıştır. Çalışmamızda 6352 sayılı Kanun sonrası özel yetkili ceza mahkemelerinin görünümü ele alınmıştır. Varılan sonuç, özel yetkili mahkemelerin değil, CMK m. 250 ile yetkili ağır ceza mahkemelerinin kaldırıldığıdır ve özel yetkili ceza mahkemeleri hukuki gündemi meşgul etmeye devam edecek görünmektedir
The special authorized law courts continuing since 1973 to modern day are the high points of the Turkish juristic agenda. At last these courts have played the role of a different perspective through the 6352 numbered law taken effect in 2.7.2012. Heavy criminal courts authorized with 5271 numbered Turkish Criminal Procedure Code Article 250 that take the place of state security court have been removed by aforesaid law amendment. Through the same law amendment 3713 numbered Antiterrorism Law, foundation of authorized heavy criminal courts have been assigned. In our studying after the 6352 numbered law, special courts scenes have been considered. It is the conclusion that special courts haven’t been removed but the heavy criminal courts authorized with Turkish Criminal Procedure Code Article 250 have been removed. In addition it is appeared that these privacy authorized law courts will occupy the law agenda
