Bu çalışmada, Reform Antlaşması olarak da nitelendirilen Lizbon Antlaşması’nın Avrupa Birliği temel haklar düzeninde getirdiği değişiklikler ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, Lizbon Antlaşması’nın temel haklar konusunda getirdiği değişiklikleri açıklamak ve Lizbon Antlaşması’nın Avrupa Birliği temel hak koruma sisteminde gerçek anlamda bir yenilik getirip getirmediğini tartışmaktır
In this study, the changes on the regulations of the fundamental rights of the European Union brought by the Treaty of Lisbon, which is also considered as the Reform Treaty are discussed. The main purpose of the study is clarifying the Treaty of Lisbon and discussing whether the Treaty of Lisbon has brought a real innovation in the fundamental rights protection system of European Union
