Different fiscal regimes may be dominated in a country or group of countries. The aim of this study is determination of Ricardian or nonRicardian fiscal regime is dominated in European Monetary Union and the candidate countries of the European Union. For this purposepanel data method was used for the period 1995-2011. Results showed that the Ricardian fiscal regime is dominant in both country groups
Bir ülke ya da ülke grubunda farklı mali rejimler hâkim olabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Avrupa Parasal Birliğinde ve Avrupa Birliği aday ülkelerinde Ricardocu mali rejimin mi yoksa Ricardocu olmayan mali rejimin mi hâkim olduğunun belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla 1995-2011 dönemi için panel veri yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuçlar her iki ülke gurubunda da Ricardocu mali rejimin hâkim olduğunu göstermiştir
