Theaim of thisstudyis toshowtheeffects of thesupportsoffered in thecontend of KOSGEB general supportingprogramme on theperformance of theSMEswhichareactive in the Lake District. As part of createdresearch model, the experiment group firms were compared with the contro lgroup firms by applying Logit and Tobit analyzes with respect to different performence criteri as and found out that supporting programme has positive and meaninful effects on SME performance. The study depends on 294 SMEs which are active in the region. Results show that support programme has pozitive and significant effeccts on employmentgrowth, productiongrowth, salesgrowth and variety of goods
Bu çalışmanın amacı, KOSGEB Genel Destek Programının Göller Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma modeli kapsamında destek programından faydalanan deney grubu firmaları ile herhangi bir destekten faydalanmamış kontrol grubu firmalarına Logit ve Tobit analizleri yapılarak firmaların performansları farklı performans kriterleri bağlamında karşılaştırılmış ve destek programının KOBİ performansı üzerindekietkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bölgede faaliyet gösteren 294 KOBİ üzerinde yapılan çalışmada firma istihdam büyümesi, üretim miktarı, satış hacmi veürün çeşitliliğiüzerinde desteklerin anlamlı ve olumlu etkileri saptanmıştır
