Özet: Bu çalışmada, Stizostedion lucioperca (sudak) gastrointestinal kanal mukozasınınkolesistokinin-8, gastrin 1, vasoaktif intesinal polypeptid, sekretin, somatostatin-14, bombesinve histamin peptidlerinin lokalizasyon ve dağılımlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılanimmunohistokimyasal çalışmalar sonucunda sudak (Stizostedion lucioperca) mide (kardiya,fundus, pilorus) ve bağırsak bölümlerinde (ilk, orta ve son bağırsak) genel olarak çalışılan tümpeptidlerin farklı yoğunlukta lokalize oldukları tespit edildi.Anahtar kelimeler: Gastrointestinal kanal, immunohistokimya, peptid, StizostedionluciopercaTHE LOCALIZATION OF SOME PEPTIDES OF STOMACH AND INTESTINEOF ZANDER (Stizostedion lucioperca )Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to identify the distribution of cholecystokinin-8 (CCK-8),gastrin 1, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP), secretin, somatostatin-14, bombesin, andhistamine peptides within the gastrointestinal tract mucosa of zander (Stizostedion lucioperca).As a result of the immunohistochemical studies, all the peptides studied were determined to belocalized generally in different distribution within the stomachs of zander (Stizostedionlucioperca ) (cardia, fundus, pylorus) as well as within its intestine (anterior, middle andposterior intestine).Key words: Gastrointestinal tract, immunohistochemical, peptide, Stizostedionlucioperca
