Bu olgu sunumunda primer olarak orijini nasomaksiller bölgede bulunan bir vaka sunuldu; histopatolojisi, klinik okalizasyon, tam, ayırıcı tanı ve tümöre ait isimler tartışıldı. Bu Vaka işliğinde literatür gözden geçirildi.
