Localized defects of the alveolar crest impair prosthetic restoration of the damaged ridge area, causing esthetic and phonetic problems and oral hygiene complications. Augmentation of the partially edentulous ridge can significantly improve the results of the final prosthodontic rehabilitation. For enhancing soft tissue volume, the onlay gingival graft is the treatment of choice. The aim of this report is to present the successfully periodontal and prosthodontic treatment of severe ridge deformity in maxillary anterior region and its long-term follow-up.Alveoler kretteki lokalize defektler, bölgenin başarılı protetik rehabilitasyonunu engelleyerek, estetik ve fonetik problemlere neden olur ve oral hijyen uygulamalarını güçleştirir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; üst çene ön bölgedeki şiddetli kret deformitesi ve diş eksikliğinin başarılı periodontal ve protetik tedavisini ve uzun dönem sonuçlarını sunmaktır.
