In this study, 1996 and 2009 year data of Hazar lake which located in Elazig City were compared by taking the physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis those obtained by SHW from 3 various stations at different times into consideration. According to the results values of pH, EC and concentrations of Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), Amonnium (NH4+-N), Alkalinity and Total coli showed an increase while concentrations of Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Suspended Solid (SS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Nitrate (NO3--N), Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN) and Sulphate (SO4-2) showed a decrease.
