<p>Bu çalışmanın amacı, gelişim sürecindeki genç futbol oyuncularının eksik yönlerinin fonksiyonel antrenmanlarla geliştirilerek performanslarının arttırılmasına katkı sağlamaktır. Isparta yerel liginde futbol oynayan genç oyuncular (n=13; yaş 17.7 ± 0.5 yıl; boy 177.45 ±5.61 cm; vücut ağırlığı 66.35 ± 7.25) özel olarak tasarlanmış fonksiyonel futbol antrenmanlarına (FFA) katılmadan önce ve sonra ölçümler yapılmıştır. Ölçümler için, boy, kilo, beden kitle endeksi, şınav, mekik, durarak uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama, esneklik, ayakla uzun top atma, sağlık topu fırlatma, 10,20 ve 50 metre sürat ve kafa ile uzun ve isabetli vuruş ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Futbolcuların kafa vuruşları ve ayakla uzun ve isabetli vuruşları üzerine tasarlanmış fonksiyonel futbol antrenmanları 6 hafta boyunca uygulanmıştır. İlk hafta ve 6. hafta sonunda ölçümler yapılmış ve ilk ve son ölçümler analiz edilmiştir. Fonksiyonel olarak uygulanan futbol antrenmanları sonucunda; şınav, mekik, durarak uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama, sürat değerlerinin gelişmesine paralel olarak ayakla uzun ve isabetli pas, kafa ile etkili ve isabetli pas atma değerlerinin ilk ve son ölçümleri arasında anlamlı gelişmeler bulunmuştur (P< 0.001). Sonuç olarak, özel olarak tasarlanmış fonksiyonel futbol antrenman programı bacak kuvvetinin gelişmesine ve dolayısıyla uzun ve isabetli pas atma yeteneğini olumlu derecede geliştirmiştir. Ayrıca yine aynı program neticesinde etkili ve isabetli kafa vuruşlarında olumlu sonuçlar alınmıştır.</p>
<p>The aim of this study is to improve the deficient aspects of the young soccer players in the development process by improving their performance with functional training. Young players (n = 13; age 17.7 ± 0.5 years; height 177.45 ± 5.61 cm; body weight 66.35 ± 7.25) were tested before and after specially designed functional football training (FFT) in the Isparta local league. Measurements were made for height, weight, body mass index, push-up, shuttle, long jump, vertical jump, flexibility, long ball throwing, health ball throwing, 10,20 and 50 meter speed, long and accurate hit with head msurements. Functional soccer exercises designed on footballers' head hits, long and accurate strokes with foot were applied for 6 weeks. Measurements were made at the end of the first week and 6th weeks, the first and last measurements were analyzed. As a result of functionally applied football training; Significant improvements were found between the first and last measurements of long and accurate rust, head and effective and accurate rusting values in parallel with the development of push-ups, shuttles, standing jumps, vertical jumps, speed values (P <0.001). Consequently, the specially designed functional soccer training program has improved the leg strength and thus the long and accurate passing ability positively. In addition, positive results were obtained in effective and accurate head strokes as a result of the same progaram.</p>
