We describe a new ichneumonid species of the genus Erochus (Exochus protuberans Kolarov & Coruh, sp. n.) and give data for 39 species of Metopiinae from Turkey, of which 25 are new to the Turkish fauna. We provide a check list for Turkish Metopiinae and a zoogeographic characterisation for each species.
