Objective: To determine grlA and gyrA mutations in ciprofloxacin- methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated and their susceptability to current antimicrobials including a newer fluoroquinolone gatifloxacin, glycopeptides vancomycin, teicoplanin and oxazolidinone linezolid.
