Amaç: Bu çalışma ile hemşirelik hizmeti veren bireylere, ergonomik risk değerlendirmesi yapabilmek için Coluci ve Alexandre tarafından geliştirilen Hemşirelik Hizmeti Verenlerin Ergonomik Risklerini Değerlendirme Anketi’nin Türkçe geçerliliğini ve güvenirliliğini araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Materyal-Metot: Türkçe versiyonu, araştırmacılar tarafından orijinal dili olan İngilizceden Türkçeye çevrilerek elde edilen anketin, anlaşılırlığını test etmek için ilimizde aktif olarak hemşirelik hizmeti veren 29 hemşire üzerinde pilot bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu pilot araştırma sonucu, içerdiği maddelerine son hali verilen Türkçe versiyon anket, üniversitemize bağlı araştırma ve uygulama hastanesinde profesyonel olarak hemşirelik hizmeti veren sağlık çalışanları üzerinde yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak uygulanmıştır. Anketin faktör analizine uygunluğunu test etmek için Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) ölçümü ve Bartlett küresellik testi yapılmıştır. Anketin güvenirlilik değerlendirmesinde iç tutarlılık için cronbach alfa katsayısı ve madde analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya, yaşı 37,17±0,69 yıl olan ve hemşirelik hizmetlerinde profesyonel olarak 15,31±0,71 yıldır görev yapmakta olan 132 kadın (%75) ve 44 (%25) erkek dahil edilmiştir. Anketin yapı geçerliliğini test etmek için yapılan KMO ölçümü değeri 0,936 ve Bartlett küresellik testi sonucu 5328,431 olarak bulunmuştur (p<0,001). Anketin iç tutarlılığını belirlemek için incelenen cronbach alfa katsayısının 0,970 olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda, Hemşirelik Hizmeti Verenlerin Ergonomik Risklerini Değerlendirme Anketi’nin Türkçe versiyonu geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracıdır.
Objective: It was aimed to investigate the Turkish validity and reliability of the ErgoEnf-Questionnaire Survey of Ergonomic Risks Among Nursing Workers, developed by Coluci and Alexandre, which provides ergonomic risk assessment to nursing individuals.Material-Method: In order to test the comprehensibility of the questionnaire, the Turkish version was translated by the researchers, a pilot study was conducted on 29 nurses who actively provide nursing services in our city. Along with the Turkish version questionnaire, which was finalized as a result of the pilot study, the demographic information form was applied to healthcare workers who have been providing professional nursing services for at least 6 months in the research and practice hospital affiliated to our university by face-to-face interview technique. In order to test the suitability of the questionnaire for factor analysis, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measurement and Bartlett's test of sphericity were performed. Cronbach alpha coefficient and item analysis method were used for internal consistency in the reliability assessment of the questionnaire.Results: The study included 132 women (75%) and 44 (25%) men, whose ages were 37,17 ± 0,69 years and who worked in nursing services for 15,31 ± 0,71 years. KMO measurement value made to test the construct validity of the questionnaire was found to be 0,936 and the Bartlett sphericity test result was found to be 5328,431 (p <0,001). Considering the eigenvalue greater than 1,0 and the appearance of the eigenvalue-slope graph, it was decided that the suitable factor number for the questionnaire to be adapted to Turkish was 3. The Cronbach alpha coefficient, which was examined to determine the internal consistency of the questionnaire, was found to be 0,970.Conclusion: The Turkish version of the Questionnaire Survey of Ergonomic Risks Among Nursing Workers is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
