<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 11.5px; line-height: normal; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;"><b>ÖZET </b>Dünya genelindeki kimyasal çevre kirliliğinin büyük bir kısmı sebze ve meyve yetiĢtiriciliğinde kullanılan pestisitlerin hedef dıĢı bölgelere yayılmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu istenmeyen yayılmadan dolayı baĢta insanlar olmak üzere ekosistemin dengesini sağlayacak birçok canlı olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Bu çalıĢmada kullanılan Lambda Cyhalothrin de tarımcılıkta kullanım alanı çok geniĢ olan ve özellikle temel gıda ihtiyacını karĢılamak için üretilen tarım ürünlerinde yaygın bir Ģekilde kullanılan böcek ilaçlarından bir tanesidir. Yapılan çalıĢmada doğada bulunan bazı canlılara zararının olduğu kanıtlanan Lambda Cyhalothrin‘ nin çeĢitli yumurta kabukları (Denizli, Light Brahma, ISA Tinted <span style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: Times;">- </span>White, Alectoris Chukar ve Coturnix Coturnix Japonica yumurta kabukları) ile etkileĢimi incelenmiĢtir. AFM sonuçlarına göre adsorplama sürecinden sonra yumurta kabukları üzerindeki çeĢitli Ģekillerde bulunan gözeneklerin dolarak yığılma Ģeklinde Lambda Cyhalothrin‘in biriktiği gözlemlenirken, UV<span style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: Times;">-</span>Vis spektroskopisi ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre yapılan hesaplamalarda Lambda Cyhalothrin‘ nin yumurta kabukları tarafından yirmi dört saatte adsorplama sürecinin tamamlandığı ve desorplanma sürecininse on iki saatte dengeye ulaĢtığı gözlemlenmiĢtir. Ayrıca adsorpsiyon ve desorpsiyon sonuçlarına bakıldığında Lambda Cyhalothrin‘in tutunum ve salınımı en yüksek olduğu tür Coturnix Coturnix Japonica yumurta kabuğunda olduğu tespit edilmiĢtir. Bu sonuçlara ek olarak tüm yumurta kabuklarında desorpsiyon sürecinde salınımın az olması yumurta kabuklarının adsorpladığı Lambda Cyhalothrin‘i tekrar çevreye mümkün olduğunca salmadığını yani bünyesinde hapsettiğini göstermektedir. Böylece çevre için zararlı olabilen Lambda Cyhalothrin çevre dostu adsorban olarak kullanılan yumurta kabukları ile ortamdan uzaklaĢtırıldığı belirlenmiĢtir.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 11.5px; line-height: normal; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 11.5px; line-height: normal; font-family: Times;"><b>ABSTRACT </b>Most of the chemical environmental pollution around the world has caused by the spread of pesticides used in vegetable and fruit growing to non-target areas. Due to this unwanted spread, many living things, especially humans, that will ensure the balance of the ecosystem have adversly affected. Lambda Cyhalothrin used in this study is also one of the pesticides that has a wide range of use in agriculture and has widely used in agricultural products especially produced to meet basic food needs. The interaction of Lambda Cyhalothrin with various eggshells (Denizli, Light Brahma, ISA Tinted -White, Alectoris Chukar and Coturnix Coturnix Japonica eggshells) was investigated in the study. According to the AFM results, it was observed that Lambda Cyhalothrin clustered into the pores of various shapes on the eggshells after the adsorption process and accumulated in these pores. In calculations obtained by UV-Vis spectrometer results; the adsorption process of Lambda Cyhalothrin by the eggshells was completed in twenty-four hours and the desorption process was observed to stabilize in twelve hours. Also, when the adsorption and desorption results are examined, it was determined that Lambda Cyhalothrin has the highest retention and release in Coturnix Coturnix Japonica eggshell. In addition to these results, the low release in the desorption process in all type of eggshells were show that Lambda Cyhalothrin, adsorbed by the <span style="font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">eggshells, didn‘t release it back to the environment as much as possible, that is, it confined </span>Lambda Cyhalothrin. Thus, it has been determined that Lambda Cyhalothrin, which can be harmful to the environment, has been removed from the environment with eggshells used as an environmentally friendly adsorbent. <b>Key Words: </b>Lambda Cyhalothrin, Eggshells, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, AFM, Adsorption, Desorption&nbsp;</p>
