The aim of the study, in which the subject of Land Art was chosen, is to understand the Land Art movement and to present an example of a Land Art project by making a herbal design that reflects the historical and cultural values of Isparta. In the research, the beginning of the Land Art movement and its emergence process are mentioned first. Afterwards, the effect of the Land Art movement on the works was tried to be revealed through the works of the artists who were affected by this process. As a result of the study, plants suitable for Isparta climate and which can be used in Land Art design were determined, and a project proposal was developed in accordance with Land Art design in an area that provides suitable conditions. Inspired by the motifs used in the weaving tradition, which is an important cultural value for Isparta, and the meanings of the names used in the history of Isparta, it is aimed to reveal a natural work performed by shaping the soil surface in herbal form.Land Art konusunun seçildiği çalışmanın amacı Land Art akımını anlamak ve Isparta ilinin tarihi ve kültürel değerlerini yansıtan, bitkisel bir tasarım yaparak bir Land Art projesi örneği sunmaktır. Araştırmada önce Land Art akımının başlangıcına ve ortaya çıkış sürecine değinilmiştir. Sonrasında bu süreçten etkilenen sanatçıların yaptıkları çalışmalar üzerinden Land Art akımının eserler üzerinde olan etkisi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Isparta iklimine uyumlu ve Land Art tasarımı içerisinde kullanılabilecek bitkiler belirlenerek, uygun şartlar sağlayan bir alanda Land Art tasarımına uygun bir proje önerisi geliştirilmiştir. Yapılan tasarımda Isparta için önemli bir kültürel değer olan dokumacılık geleneğinde kullanılan motiflerden ve Isparta tarihinde kullanılan isimlerin anlamlarından esinlenerek, bitkisel formda ve toprak yüzeyinin şekillendirilmesi ile gerçekleştirilen doğal bir eserin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.
