Bu çalışmada, Isparta kent merkezinde yer alan hastanelerin gürültü düzeylerinin ölçülerek, gürültü haritalarının oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Amaca yönelik olarak hastanelerin bahçelerinde ve yakın çevrelerinde belirlenen 18 ölçüm noktasında ölçümler yapılmıştır. Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri ortamında enterpolasyon yöntemi ile sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş ve hastanelere ait gürültü haritaları oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda, gürültü̈ seviyesinin en önemli kaynağının trafik olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle ana yol üzerinde bulunan hastanelerin girişlerindeki kavşaklar ve yollar, gürültü düzeyinin en yüksek olduğu bölgeler olarak belirlenmiştir. Sabah ölçümlerinde en yüksek gürültü̈ düzeyi, Isparta Şehit Yunus Emre Devlet Hastanesi, akşam ölçümlerinde ise Isparta Meddem Hastanesinde elde edilmiştir. Söz konusu hastaneler yoğun trafik güzergahı üzerinde bulunmaktadır. Leq (gündüz) ölçümleri ulusal standartların %17,66 üzerinde seviyelere ulaşırken, aynı ölçüm değerleri uluslararası standartların %28,36 üzerindedir. Leq (akşam) ölçümleri ise hem ulusal hem de uluslararası standartlara göre %32,54 oranında yüksek çevresel gürültü kirliliğine maruz kalındığını göstermektedir. Gürültünün istenilen seviyelere indirilmesi, suni yol yapımı, yapay sahalar, zamana dayalı araç kısıtlamaları ve yeniden ağaçlandırma çalışmaları gibi idari çözümlerle aşılabilir seviyededir.This study aimed to measure the noise levels of the hospitals located in the city center of Isparta and to create noise maps. For this purpose, measurements were made at 18 points determined in the gardens and close surroundings of the hospitals. The results obtained were evaluated with the interpolation method in the GIS environment and noise maps of the hospitals were created. In line with the results obtained, it has been determined that the most important source of noise level is traffic. In particular, the intersections and roads at the entrances of the hospitals on the main road were determined as the regions with the highest noise level. The highest noise level was obtained in the morning measurements at Isparta Sehit Yunus Emre State Hospital, and in the evening measurements at Isparta Meddem Hospital. The reason for this was determined as the fact that the hospitals in question were located on the heavy traffic route. While the day Leq measurement levels were 17.66%, which is above the standard level, the similar measured values were 28.36% higher than international standard levels. The night Leq measurements show that 32.54% higher environmental noise pollution is exposed rather than both national and international standards. Reducing the noise to the desired levels is at a level that can be overcome with administrative solutions such as artificial road construction, artificial sites, time-based vehicle restrictions and reforestation studies.
