In this paper we have introduced the notion of ϕ-convergence in μ-density and μ statistical relative uniform convergence of triple sequences of functions defined on a compact subset D of real numbers, where μ is finitely additive measure. We introduce the concept μ3-statistical relative uniform ϕ-convergence which inherits the basic properties of uniform ˜φ convergence.
