Hedef kitle ve paydaş gruplarının gün geçtikçe kurumlara karşı daha talepkâr olduğu günümüzde sosyal sorumluluk tüketici beklentileri arasında ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Sosyal amaca dayalı pazarlama hem bir kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk girişimi olarak hem de bir kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk iletişim şekli olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kurumlara pazarlama ve sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerini tek bir potada eritme imkânı sağlayan kilit bir faaliyet olarak algılanmakta ve uygulanmaktadır. Bir kurum veya markanın ürünlerinin satışından elde edilen gelirin bir kısmını sosyal bir faydaya ya da konuya bağışlaması olarak özetlenen kavram geleceğin altın pazarlama ve halkla ilişkiler araçlarından biri olarak kabul edilirken, bir yandan da uygulayıcı kurumun motivasyonundaki samimiyete yönelik şüpheler taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, geleceğin tüketicileri üniversite öğrencilerinin sosyal amaca dayalı pazarlama faaliyetlerine yönelik genel tutumları tespit edilmiş, bu tutumun sosyal amaca dayalı pazarlama faaliyeti gerçekleştiren bir kurumun motivasyonuna yönelik algı ile bir ilişkisinin olup olmadığı araştırılmış ve sosyal amaca dayalı pazarlama faaliyetlerine yönelik tutum ile kurum motivasyonuna yönelik algının kurum imajıyla ilişkili olup olmadığı irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada veriler nicel veri toplama tekniklerinden anket tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Ankette kurum motivasyonu ve kurum imajına yönelik ifadeler güncel bir sosyal amaca dayalı pazarlama kampanyası örneğiyle birlikte verilmiştir. Sonuçta tutum ve algıların demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaştığı ve kullanılan ölçekler arasında istatistiki olarak anlamlı ilişkilerin var olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar arasında üniversite öğrencilerinin kurum motivasyonuna yönelik olumlu tutumlarının şüpheci tutumlarından daha yüksek olması, SAP faaliyetlerine yönelik genel tutum açısından kadınların erkeklerden daha yüksek tutum seviyesine sahip olmaları, kadınların SAP faaliyeti gerçekleştiren kurumların motivasyonuna yönelik olarak erkeklere göre daha fazla olumlu tutum sergilemeleri yer almaktadır.Nowadays, target groups and stakeholder groups are more demanding towards corporations and socialresponsibility takes place near to top in consumer expectations. Cause-related marketing emerges both as aninitiation of corporate social responsibility and as a communication type of corporate social responsibility. It isperceived and applied a key activity that allows corporations to dissolve their marketing and social responsibilityactivities in a single pot. While the term, cause-related marketing, that is summarized as a donation of a part ofthe income that derived from the sales of products of a company or brand for a social benefit or a cause isconsidered one of the gold marketing and public relations tools of the future, it also has doubts about sincerity inthe motivation of the implementing institution. In this study, the general attitudes towards cause-relatedmarketing activities of university students who are the consumers of the future were determined and it isexamined whether this attitude has a relationship with the perception of the motivation of an institution thatperforms cause-related marketing activities. It is also examined whether there is a relationship between attitudestowards cause-related marketing activities, the perception of the motivation of an institution that performs cause- related marketing activities and corporate image. In the study, data were collected through questionnaire that isone of the quantitative data collection techniques. In questionnaire, the statements about corporate motivationand corporate image were presented with an actual cause-related marketing campaign. In conclusion, it wasascertained that attitude and perceptions differ according to demographic variables and there is a statisticallysignificant relationship between the scales were used. These results include higher positive attitudes of universitystudents towards institutional motivation than skeptical attitudes, higher attitude levels of women than men interms of general attitude towards CRM activities, and more positive attitudes of women than men towards themotivation of institutions that carry out CRM activities.
