<p>Heart failure is significant chronic a disease with multiple effects. The fact that these patients have a left ventricular assist device requires them to adapt to a new lifestyle. Therefore, holistic and individualized nursing care becomes even more important in the process. The use of models in the care process is effective for nurses to provide qualified care to patients.
