Propaganda is visible with images in every new ideology and new production relation. One of the most effective places where the propaganda image is presented with its display forms is the visual and auditory tools of current technology. In particular, the visual language created by digital broadcasting technologies not only became a tool for propaganda, but also influenced artists who wanted to show their ideological attitude from the beginning of the 1900s.This effect, firstly, manifested itself by adding the outputs of digital technology to the literal, traditional imaginary display planes. With the understanding that incorporates the images and outputs of technology into art, most of the artists begin to develop their ideological discourse within the framework of the images produced by these tools.While the change in the artistic transfer styles of propaganda images is clearly observed, these artistic application forms begin to be theoretically based. And it finds its counterpart in "reproduction", which is one of the methods of the postmodern period. In this mode of production, all images produced, including the images of the media and tools in which the information flow takes place, are taken out of context and transformed into the object of another work. In this context, by considering social conditions and changing tools, the production relations of the images produced for propaganda purposes in the painting art and the impact area of these paintings were tried to be determined.Propaganda, her yeni ideolojide ve yeni üretim ilişkisinde imgeler ile görünür kılınmıştır. Propaganda imgesinin gösterim biçimleriyle sunulduğu en etkili yerlerden biri ise güncel teknolojinin görsel ve işitsel araçları olur. Özellikle sayısal yayın teknolojileri ile yaratılan görsel dil propaganda için araç olmakla kalmamış, 1900’lerin başından itibaren ideolojik tavrını göstermek isteyen sanatçıları da etkisi altına almıştır. Bu etki ilk olarak sayısal teknolojinin çıktılarının birebir geleneksel imgesel gösterge düzlemlerine eklenmesiyle kendini göstermiştir. Teknolojinin imgelerini ve çıktılarını sanatın içine dahil eden anlayışla birlikte sanatçıların pek çoğu ideolojik söylemini bu araçlarla üretilen imgeler çerçevesinde geliştirmeye başlar. Propaganda imgelerinin sanatsal aktarım biçimlerindeki değişim net olarak izlenirken bu sanatsal uygulama biçimleri kuramsal olarak temellenmeye başlar ve Postmodern dönemin yöntemlerinden biri olan “yenidenüretim” içinde karşılığını bulur. Bu üretim biçiminde bilgi akışının gerçekleştiği medya ve araçlarına ait görüntüler de dahil olmak üzere üretilmiş her tür imge bağlamından kopartılarak başka bir yapıtın nesnesine dönüştürülmektedir. Sonuç olarak araştırmada toplumsal koşullar ve değişen araçlar da düşünülerek propaganda amaçlı üretilmiş imgelerin resim sanatındaki üretim ilişkileri ve bu resimlerin etki alanı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
